How to sell
We are delighted to have you join the Gameflix community, where you can showcase your products and reach new customers easily and securely.
To start selling on our platform, please follow these steps:
1. Register as a Seller
- Enter your basic information here:
- Full name
- National ID number
- Mobile number
- Email address
- Password
- Choose the subscription plan that suits you.
- Accept the subscription policy.
- Choose your store name.
After completing the vendor registration form, you will receive an email from the Gameflix administration containing the vendor login link, along with your login credentials and password. Use these details to log in, and make sure to change your password after the first login to secure your account.
Once logged in, you will find the "Vendor Information" option. Click on it and write a clear and attractive description of your store that reflects its identity and appeals to buyers.
Upload a custom logo for your store. This logo will appear next to your products and on the Gameflix website, which helps build trust with your customers.
Choose the subscription package that suits you, whether the free package (with a sales commission) or the paid package for 99 SAR per month with additional benefits.
Go to the "Terms and Conditions" section and add all the store-specific conditions such as delivery method, delivery timeframe (whether instant or within 24 hours), and any other details that clarify the delivery process to customers.
Next, go to the "Products" section and click on the "Add New Product" button. Enter the product name, select the appropriate category, set the base price and discount price (if applicable), write a complete product description, upload a clear product image, specify the available quantity, then click "Create."
After submitting your product, wait for review by the Gameflix administration. If approved, you will receive an email confirmation, and your product will be published on the website under your store name and become available for customers to purchase.
You can review orders from the control panel, where you will see all orders and their statuses (completed, canceled, refunded, or failed payment). You can also click on any order to preview and view its full details.
Inside the order details, you will find a "Contact Customer" option. Click it to communicate directly with the customer through the platform, coordinate delivery, or respond to inquiries.
After the order is delivered, if the customer leaves a review, you can view it from the "Reviews" section in the control panel. Here, you can access all product reviews and overall store reviews.
You can also view messages from the "Message Center," which is divided into two sections:

The first section contains administrative messages from Gameflix regarding approvals, product updates, order confirmations, and account balances.

The second section contains customer messages, where you can view all communications — not only from customers who purchased from your store but also from those making inquiries before purchase.
In the "Accounts" section, you will find your current balance, transaction history, and the withdrawal option. If you want to withdraw funds, you can submit a withdrawal request for the full balance or a partial amount.
Once you submit a withdrawal request, it will be reviewed by the Gameflix administration. If approved, you will receive a confirmation, and the requested amount will be transferred to your registered bank account.
