Refund and Exchange Policy

All sales are non-refundable and non-exchangeable after receiving the order. No refunds are available unless the received product is either not valid (digital cards) or differs from the description provided.  

In the above-mentioned case, the Gameflix Guarantee protects the buyer and ensures a refund.  

No returns are processed once the order receipt is confirmed. By confirming the receipt of the order, you acknowledge and agree to accept the product and finalize the transaction.  

We encourage buyers to review the images, description, seller’s ratings, and terms and conditions of sale before making a purchase.  

If you have any questions about the product, please contact the seller and request additional information before purchasing.

Fraudulent Claims:

Fraudulent claims may include:  

- The buyer requests a chargeback through the payment processor after receiving the purchased product.  

- The buyer requests a refund through the payment processor after completing the payment and evaluation.  

Buyers who make fraudulent claims are subject to consequences, including the permanent suspension of the buyer’s account under the refund policy.  

If the product received does not match the description provided in the description box, please open a dispute before confirming receipt of the order within 48 hours of receiving the product. If you encounter a problem with the product after confirming receipt, please contact Gameflix support before requesting a refund through your payment processor.

Return and Exchange Guarantee

All purchases made on Gameflix are fully protected, and the Gameflix Guarantee ensures that you receive the product as described in the description box or get your money back.  

The buyer can use the Gameflix Guarantee when:  

- They do not receive the product.  

- They receive a product that is invalid (digital cards).  

- They receive a product that differs from the specifications in the description box.

Note:  

Do not confirm receipt of the order and finalize the transaction if you received an invalid product or one that does not match the description. By confirming receipt, you accept the product and finalize the transaction.  

Gameflix platform emphasizes that all transactions are considered final 48 hours after the order delivery, and the buyer is not entitled to raise an objection.  

Please do the following if the delivered product is not as described or is not valid:  

- Contact the seller and inform them of the problem or what happened, and inquire about the return process or any other solution agreed upon between you and the seller.

- Then, go to the concerned list and click on the link "I have a problem with the product I received." A dropdown menu will appear where you need to select the problem you are facing, followed by a brief explanation of the situation.

- The countdown timer for automatic completion will be paused and the timer will stop running, allowing Gameflix support to review your case and assist you in resolving the transaction. If we need more information to validate your claim, we will send you an email requesting specific details to do so. Once we can verify that the product falls under the Gameflix buyer guarantee, the Gameflix platform will refund the amount.

Cases Not Covered by the Gameflix Guarantee:

- The buyer who completed the financial transaction and agreed to receive and verify the product.  

- Buyer’s remorse or any other reason besides not receiving the product, receiving a product that does not match the description, or receiving an invalid product.  

- Transactions conducted outside the Gameflix platform are strictly prohibited under our terms of use and will not be covered by the Gameflix Guarantee.

Buyer Refunds:  

Financial transactions are refunded according to the payment method used for the original transaction. Please refer to the FAQs article for more information on refunds.

Other Terms:  

If we do not receive any required information within 24 working hours from the buyer, the claim may be denied, and the Gameflix Guarantee may be forfeited due to insufficient evidence to validate the dispute. Failure to respond to any email within the specified timeframe will be considered a resolution of the issue and may lead to the dispute being closed. The Gameflix Guarantee is not a product warranty.
